OIL, GAS & OFFSHORE

Quadruped and crawler inspection, gas-leak vision, and permit-bound work served from a pool that keeps running when the platform is disconnected.

An offshore platform deck at dusk: a quadruped inspection robot walking the grating between pipes and valves, a second platform and its flare on the horizon.

THE PROBLEM

Where the work is.

An offshore asset is disconnected by design and by weather. Inspection robots, crawlers, and fixed cameras from different suppliers each need models they cannot carry, and the link to shore is slow when it exists. A pool on the asset serves them, holds the imagery and the findings, and keeps working when the link does not.

CONSTRAINTS

Why a GPU on every machine fails here.

  • The link to shore is slow, costly, and sometimes absent.

  • Inspection imagery of the asset is the operator's record.

  • Permit-bound work needs a bounded task, not an open-ended assistant.

  • Each robot supplier's cloud is a separate path off the platform.

DEPLOYMENT

How the Grid deploys.

  1. 01

    Place the pool

Czar nodes in the building's own rack, on the building's own network.

  2. 02

    Connect the fleet

Each vendor's software calls the pool. Safety and motion stay on the machine.

  3. 03

    Run the site's tasks

Authored, approved, and recorded in Agency Studio on the Grid.

REPRESENTATIVE USE CASES

What a site runs on it.

Illustrative capabilities, not accounts of specific deployments.

  • Inspection robots, on the platform's pool

Quadruped and crawler inspection, gas-leak vision, and permit-bound work served from a pool that keeps running when the platform is disconnected.

  • A platform that keeps its footage

Inspection imagery and findings stay on the asset, on the pool, in a record the operator holds and reads.

Reading and boundary

READING

An inference pool that works when the link to shore does not

An offshore asset is disconnected by design and by weather. A Czar Grid on the asset serves quadruped and crawler inspection, gas-leak vision, and permit-bound work from one pool, holds the imagery and the findings, and keeps running when the link is down.

Safety, stops and motion stay on the machine as its vendor built them. Czar Grid serves perception, decisions and adaptation over the site's network; it is not a controller and does not sit inside any real-time or safety loop.
