Czar Grid is how several Czar appliances share one job. It is the same appliance, joined, when the work needs more than a single machine can hold. Fully sovereign, or connected only to the systems you already secure.
WHAT IT IS
More of the work, on the appliances you hold.
One Czar is sized to a configuration, and that capacity stays fixed. The subscription does not move when usage does. Some jobs are simply larger than one appliance: a training run that needs more than one machine, a desk with more people than one unit can serve, a set of models that have to stay resident together.
Czar Grid is those appliances connected, sharing that job. You still run Czar. You still keep the material and the models on hardware you control. The difference is that the workload has more than one appliance to land on.

The people using it still have one workload: the models you chose, the material you hold, the applications you run. The grid is what gives that job more room than a single appliance.
The Czars you already run
A grid is Czar appliances joined together. There is no separate machine to learn. An operator who can run one Czar can run the set.
Inside the posture you chose
The appliances connect to each other. On a sovereign site, that connection stays inside the site. Where the estate reaches other systems, it reaches only the systems you already secure.
Capacity you add on purpose
Each Czar in the grid is a subscription for that configured appliance — hardware, the platform, and sustainment, fixed for the term. Growing the grid means adding an appliance. Usage across the grid does not change the bill.

A heavier training run, more models in service, more people asking at once. One Czar is a fixed capacity. The grid is how you take the job that no longer fits.

Connect the appliances
The Czars you operate are joined so they can share the work. The join follows the site: sealed within a sovereign deployment, or only toward systems you already secure.

They take the job together
The workload is spread across the appliances. Operators see the job, not a set of boxes to schedule by hand. The material stays on hardware you control.

Add a Czar when the job grows again
The next increment of capacity is another appliance on the same subscription. The amount is set for that configuration and stays fixed for the term.
