HOSPITAL CAMPUSES

Delivery, disinfection, and pharmacy automation from several vendors, served from the campus pool, on a network nothing leaves.

A hospital corridor at night: two autonomous delivery robots gliding past closed ward doors toward the lifts, amber floor lighting along the walls.

THE PROBLEM

Where the work is.

A hospital campus runs robots from several vendors through corridors full of people and information that must not leave. Each robot carries a small model and calls a vendor cloud for the rest, which means camera feeds of wards and hallways leaving the campus. A pool on the campus network answers every robot and keeps the feeds inside.

CONSTRAINTS

Why a GPU on every machine fails here.

  • Each vendor's cloud carries corridor footage off the campus.

  • A robot at an unfamiliar lift or hand-off cannot wait for a distant answer.

  • Patient areas are the most sensitive floor a robot works on.

  • Pharmacy and delivery systems from different vendors share no perception.

DEPLOYMENT

How the Grid deploys.

  1. 01

    Place the pool

Czar nodes in the building's own rack, on the building's own network.

  2. 02

    Connect the fleet

Each vendor's software calls the pool. Safety and motion stay on the machine.

  3. 03

    Run the site's tasks

Authored, approved, and recorded in Agency Studio on the Grid.

REPRESENTATIVE USE CASES

What a site runs on it.

Illustrative capabilities, not accounts of specific deployments.

  • Delivery robots, one pool, no patient data out

Delivery, disinfection, and pharmacy automation from several vendors served from the campus pool; nothing leaves the hospital network.

  • Decisions in a corridor the robot can't read

Larger models on the pool handle the unfamiliar ward, lift, or hand-off, inside the time budget the robot has.

READING

Hospital robots on a pool that keeps the feeds inside

A hospital campus runs delivery, disinfection, and pharmacy robots from several vendors through corridors full of people and information. A Czar Grid on the campus network serves all of them and keeps every camera feed inside.

Safety, stops and motion stay on the machine as its vendor built them. Czar Grid serves perception, decisions and adaptation over the site's network; it is not a controller and does not sit inside any real-time or safety loop.
