HEALTHCARE

Interface, coding, insurance, and prescription agents on one Czar in the hospital, under one approval workflow and one record, with nothing leaving the building.

A hospital office at night: clinicians at workstations with the ward corridor beyond the glass, and one Czar on a bench by the wall, lit amber.

THE PROBLEM

Where the work is.

A hospital's clerical work is clinical work seen from the back: messages between systems, coding, insurance correspondence, prescriptions. Each is a place an agent can draft, and each is a place where a person must decide. A cloud assistant would carry patient records out of the building to do it. One Czar in the hospital runs the agents on the hospital's own data, and every draft waits for the person whose name goes on it.

CONSTRAINTS

Why a cloud assistant fails here.

  • Patient records cannot leave the building to be summarized.

  • A draft a clinician did not approve is not a decision.

  • Each department's tool would bring its own assistant and its own log.

  • An audit must be reconstructible from one record, not several.

DEPLOYMENT

How one Czar deploys.

  1. 01

    Place the Czar

One appliance in the team's own rack, on the team's own network.

  2. 02

    Declare the routes

Connections to the systems the team already runs, named one by one. No default path out.

  3. 03

    Run the team's agents

Authored, bounded, approved, and recorded in Agency Studio.

REPRESENTATIVE USE CASES

What a team runs on it.

Illustrative capabilities, not accounts of specific deployments.

  • Drafts that wait for the clinician

Coding, insurance, and prescription drafts prepared by agents from the record, held until the responsible clinician approves, with the approval in the log.

  • Interface messages read, routed, and recorded

Messages between the hospital's systems interpreted on the Czar and routed to the right queue, with each interpretation on the record.

  • One audit record for every agent

Every prompt, retrieval, draft, and approval written once, on the appliance, for the hospital's own review.

READING

A hospital's agents, on one Czar in the building

Coding, insurance, prescription, and interface-message agents on one Czar inside the hospital, with every draft held for the clinician whose name goes on it and every step on one record the hospital holds.

Agents on a Czar prepare and propose; a named person approves. Nothing client-facing, customer-facing or production-changing leaves the appliance without that approval, and every step of it is on a record the team holds.
