WAREHOUSES & FULFILLMENT

Third-party logistics, fulfillment, and parcel operations running mobile robots, pick arms, and humanoids from more than one vendor, on one floor.

A fulfillment floor at night: mobile robots and pick arms from several vendors working the aisles, with the Czar Grid rack lit amber in its equipment room at the far end.

THE PROBLEM

Where the work is.

Mixed fleets arrive on the fulfillment floor first: mobile robots, pick arms, and humanoids from different vendors, each calling its own cloud. The models they need are too large to carry and too urgent to send away. A pool inside the building answers all of them.

CONSTRAINTS

Why a GPU on every robot fails here.

  • Each robot carries compute sized for its worst moment, idle the rest of the shift.

  • Each vendor's cloud is a separate uplink and a separate copy of the floor.

  • A model in a region cannot answer inside the time a moving robot has.

  • Camera feeds of a working floor are the building's data.

DEPLOYMENT

How the Grid deploys.

  1. 01

    Place the pool

Czar nodes in the building's own rack, on the building's own network.

  2. 02

    Connect the fleet

Each vendor's software calls the pool. Safety and motion stay on the robot.

  3. 03

    Run the site's tasks

Authored, approved, and recorded in Agency Studio on the Grid.

REPRESENTATIVE USE CASES

What a site runs on it.

Illustrative capabilities, not accounts of specific deployments.

  • Shared perception for a mixed fleet

One set of vision models answering every robot in the building, so a new item or a new label is learned once, not once per vendor.

  • Decisions a robot cannot carry

Larger models for the moments the on-board model gives up: an unfamiliar object, an ambiguous instruction, a blocked route.

  • A floor that learns itself overnight

Captures from the day stay in the building and adapt the models that serve it, on the pool, without a feed leaving the site.

  • Tasks that cross vendors

A site task that hands work from a mobile robot to an arm to a person, written once, bounded, approved by a named role, and replayable.

SOLUTION BRIEF

Industrial Operations — warehouses, plants, ports. Five agents on the pool, an approval matrix the shift lead owns, and a record of every shift that survives the shift.

  • 5 agents
  • approval matrix
  • signed record
Brief coming soon

Safety, stops and motion stay on the machine as its vendor built them. Czar Grid serves perception, decisions and adaptation over the site's network; it is not a controller and does not sit inside any real-time or safety loop.
