DEFENSE & SPACE

Agents that trace requirements to evidence, draft test and anomaly reports, and track deliverables across a program's controlled material, on one Czar inside the program's own enclave, air-gapped by requirement, with a cleared person on every release.

A windowless program room: engineers at consoles beneath a wireframe of a satellite in orbit, a sealed door behind them, and one Czar in its rack by the wall, lit amber.

THE PROBLEM

Where the work is.

A defense or space program runs on material that may not leave the room it was made in: requirements and their verification, test and anomaly records, supplier deliverables, mission and telemetry data, compartmented by program and by need to know. The cross-referencing, drafting, and tracking that agents are good at would, in a cloud assistant, mean sending that material out of the enclave. One Czar inside the enclave runs the agents on the program's own material with no path out, and nothing leaves a compartment without the person cleared to release it.

CONSTRAINTS

Why a cloud assistant fails here.

  • Controlled technical data cannot leave the enclave to be searched, summarized, or drafted from.

  • A compartment inside the program is as hard a boundary as the perimeter; an agent sees only what its role may.

  • An agent holds no clearance. Release from a compartment is a person's act, on the record.

  • A connected assistant is a path out that the program may not be permitted to have at all.

DEPLOYMENT

How one Czar deploys.

  1. 01

    Place the Czar

One appliance in the team's own rack, on the team's own network.

  2. 02

    Declare the routes

Connections to the systems the team already runs, named one by one. No default path out.

  3. 03

    Run the team's agents

Authored, bounded, approved, and recorded in Agency Studio.

REPRESENTATIVE USE CASES

What a team runs on it.

Illustrative capabilities, not accounts of specific deployments.

  • Requirements traced to their evidence

Agents read requirements, test procedures, and results on the Czar and keep the trace between them current, flagging what is unverified or has drifted since the last review.

  • Test and anomaly reports a cleared person releases

Report and review-package drafts assembled from the program's own records, with the passages they came from, held for the engineer with authority to release them.

  • Compartments enforced by role

Each agent is bounded to the program, compartment, and systems its role may touch; what it read, and under whose authority, is on a log the program holds.

Program agents on one Czar inside the enclave

A defense or space program runs on material that may not leave the room it was made in. One Czar inside the enclave runs the agents on the program's own requirements, test records, and deliverables, with no path out and a cleared person on every release.

Agents on a Czar prepare and propose; a named person approves. Nothing client-facing, customer-facing or production-changing leaves the appliance without that approval, and every step of it is on a record the team holds.
